I don't regret the things I've done, only the things I've never tried.

I'm very goal oriented and I thrive on checklists. Here you can see some of my success and failures in reaching goals that I set.

In hindsight, I think what happened here is 1) burnout 2) a major change in goals that I failed to update here and 3) a couple of injuries.

2019

They say, "life is what happens when you're busy making other plans". Life got in the way a little bit in the way this year. I was on vacation when I had an accident on the Maderas Volcano on Ometepe Island in Nicaragua. I snapped my collar bone and had to have surgery to put a 5-inch titanium plate and 8 screws into my shoulder. This threw quite the wrench in my plans.
